Pam Ware

First Commercial Bank

Pam is a lifelong resident of Mississippi.  She graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration and began her banking career with Union Planters Bank in their Retail Leadership Development program.  In 2007, Pam joined the leadership team that created Metropolitan Bank that later was acquired by Renasant Bank in 2017.  She joined First Commercial Bank in 2020 as the Chief Operations Officer.  Her main areas of responsibility include deposit operations, loan operations, vendor management, facilities, security, and information technology.  Pam serves as the Executive Chairman of Southern Financial Exchange.  In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society, Salvation Army, Girl Scouts of Greater Mississippi, a member of the Junior League of Jackson, and a Circle of Red Member for the American Heart Association.  Pam enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, riding horses, and traveling. She and her family reside in Madison, Mississippi.
