My passion is for team member engagement and talent management. I believe strongly in mentoring people and building a collaborative work environment. I am originally from Columbus, GA and after 24 years with Synovus Bank, I moved to Cleveland Ohio taking a job with KeyBank. Coming back South in 2018, I am responsible for Treasury Management Operations at BancorpSouth. My banking background includes Product Management, Operations, Support Services and Treasury Management.
On a personal note, I have two daughters, Avery is at the University of Georgia and Olivia is a graduate of Young Harris College working in Charleston, SC. Coffee every morning makes me happy, I have a big sense of humor and think it would be cool to have a miniature goat one day.
