Susan Bivens, AAP, APRP, Federal Reserve Bank. Susan is a Senior Relationship Manager and FedACH Sales Specialist in Customer Relations with responsibility for approximately 900 financial institutions. She works closely with these institutions in a consultative manner discussing/reviewing Federal Reserve Financial Services and industry practices. She is also a Federal Reserve liaison for Payments Associations. 

Susan has over 27 years of experience with The Federal Reserve and has served in the Financial Services area since joining the Fed.  Prior experience includes working in various roles at financial institutions, including Retail & Small Business Banking, Branch Manager, Lending & Operations.   

Ms. Bivens has worked on various Federal Reserve System projects throughout her career.  She is a current Board Member of her local AFP Association, and has held the positions of Secretary and Treasurer with the organization.
