Javier Pastor is a seasoned community banker with over 20 years serving in a wide variety of financial institution roles. Javier’s broad experience encompasses nearly all aspects of banking including Commercial & Consumer Lending, Audit & Compliance and most prominently Operations. During his career, he has built a reputation for operational excellence, innovative strategic thinking and working with the highest level of integrity, passion and commitment towards the bank’s clients.
Javier holds a BA in Marketing from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO. He is also holding a Certified Community Banking Technology Officer (CCBTO) designation from the ICBA and served as a Technology Advisory member with the Louisiana IT Symposium, in New Orleans, LA.
