BancPlus Corporation is the parent company of BankPlus, which was founded in 1909 as Citizens Bank & Trust Company (CB&T), in Belzoni, Mississippi. CB&T grew to include locations in central Mississippi and the Delta.
The name was changed to BankPlus in September 1994, when Southeast Mississippi Bank in Quitman was merged into the banking system, extending our service area to southeast Mississippi.
This was more than a simple name change. It was the declaration of all that we had worked to build since 1909: a network of well-run community banks, a dedicated team of employees, and products and services that can't be found elsewhere. The name BankPlus and our slogan, "It's more than a name. It's a promise." reflect the enhanced services we offer and emphasize our commitment to giving our customers more for their money.
We're proud of our community banking roots and strive daily to maintain and build upon that dedication.
Today, BankPlus is one of the fastest-growing banks in Mississippi with more than 2.7 billion in total assets. We currently have 57 offices in 33 Mississippi communities. We have the vision, the people, the tools and the locations we need to remain a step ahead of the competition.
We'll keep right on leading the way with better products like ValuePlus Checking, convenient services like our 7:00am-7:00pm drive-thrus, and a continuing commitment to giving our customers more than they expect.

Triumph Bank started in 2006 when a group of respected local bankers and business leaders wanted to bring hometown banking back to the Memphis area, not just for convenience or friendly service, but to make every decision for the customer here and nowhere else. It was a time when local banks as we knew them were being owned and managed out of town.
We launched with a message that reflected what the Triumph brand stood for then and still does today: with our roots firmly planted in the community, we can grow together. By remaining completely local, we have the power to be more flexible in your favor– whether it’s a loan decision or making ourselves more available. It gives you more control and confidence that when we say you matter, you really matter.
Since the day we opened, more and more people are realizing how rewarding it is to bank with us; not only that, it makes sense. We’ve grown our resources tremendously and thrived even during the most challenging times. We have four locations – our beautiful main office at Poplar and I-240, as well as offices in Germantown, Collierville, and Arlington.
We’re proud to be here for the people and businesses that make up this great community and look forward to being here for years to come.
